Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Environmental Sanitarians to maintain a record of recent licensees; requiring the Board to make the record available to a local government entity; expanding the scope of a provision of law permitting access to public records; and establishing an exception to a provision of law requiring a custodian of State personnel records to deny inspection of the records.
