Synopsis:

Authorizing a political subdivision to disconnect water service based on unpaid sewerage charges owed to the political subdivision or to another political subdivision; requiring notice prior to disconnection of water; authorizing a political subdivision to require full payment plus a reconnection charge before water is restored; repealing similar provisions applicable to a single sanitary commission; etc.
