Comptroller - Cigarette Licensees - Credit Control

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Comptroller to prescribe by regulation a method to ensure that licensed cigarette retailers pay licensed cigarette wholesalers and subwholesalers in full and in a timely manner for outstanding invoices; specifying the content of the regulation; providing for specified disciplinary action against licensed wholesalers and subwholesalers for a violation of the Act; and providing for the effective date of the Act.
