Synopsis:

Prohibiting in Worcester County an alcoholic beverages licensee from providing specified entertainment in certain circumstances; creating special music and dancing licenses; authorizing certain licensees to obtain special music and dancing licenses; providing for the terms and conditions of the special music and dancing licenses; and requiring the Board of License Commissioners to issue a special music and dancing license only under specified conditions.
