Insurance Coverage - Notice of Consideration of Claims History

Synopsis:

Requiring an insurer that considers the insurance claims history of an applicant or insured, for purposes of underwriting a personal lines property and casualty risk or canceling or refusing to renew personal lines property and casualty coverage, for any period of time preceding the effective date of the policy or renewal, to notify the applicant of this practice on the declarations page of the policy in a specified manner.
