Synopsis:

Providing that all State and local public land and land owned by charitable organizations is subject to wildlife management plan requirements; requiring the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant a property tax credit for a specified amount to an owner of private real property that adopts and implements a wildlife management plan; requiring the Department of Natural Resources to develop eligibility criteria; etc.
