Prohibiting a member of the Community Services Reimbursement Rate Commission from being reappointed to the Commission under specified circumstances; increasing the minimum required number of annual meetings of the Commission; altering the factors the Commission must consider in assessing specified issues concerning reimbursement rates for specified providers; requiring the Commission to make specified recommendations to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene at specified times; etc.
