Synopsis:

Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to allow certain individuals and entities to hold or have an interest in more than one Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor license for restaurants that are located in certain areas under certain circumstances; providing for certain exceptions; establishing a $2,500 annual license fee for certain Class B licenses; etc.
