Synopsis:

Requiring a representative of a public school, the student, and the student's parent or guardian to develop an action plan for each school year or upon admission of a new student; requiring an action plan to specify the responsibilities and objectives of the parent or guardian and the student for the school year, as well as requiring specified statements and agreements; requiring attendance at specified meetings and conferences; authorizing a school board to obtain a court order under certain specified circumstances; etc.
