Minors - Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages - Driver's License Sanctions

Synopsis:

Providing that an underage driver of a vehicle is deemed in possession of any alcoholic beverages in the passenger compartment; requiring the court to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend a minor's license for 90 days for the first offense, 1 year for a second offense, and until the child is 21 years of age for a third offense for possession of alcoholic beverages or for driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.02 or more; etc.
