Establishing a State Board of Home Inspectors in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing for the membership, powers, and duties of the Board; requiring an individual to be licensed before the individual may engage in the business of performing home inspections in the State or conduct home inspections under the supervision of a licensed home inspector in the State; establishing licensing requirements; providing for the issuance, scope, term, renewal, and reinstatement of licenses; etc.
