Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Highway Administration (SHA) to establish a bridge sponsorship program to award the right to sponsor bridges in the State to the highest bidders; requiring a person awarded the right to sponsor a bridge to pay the amount of the winning bid according to the SHA's terms; establishing certain requirements for bridge sponsorship signs; establishing a formula for the distribution of revenues received under the Act to the Transportation Trust Fund and to local highway agencies; etc.
