Synopsis:

Requiring a property and casualty insurer to disclose to an insured or third party insurance agreements regarding the liability of another person to satisfy part or all of a claim or to indemnify or reimburse for payments made to satisfy a claim under specified circumstances; requiring the disclosure of insurance agreements within 60 days of receipt of a request for disclosure; etc.
