Hunting - Nontidal Potomac River

Synopsis:

Allowing a person to hunt wild waterfowl from a boat or floating blind in the nontidal waters of the Potomac River; altering specified limitations on waters subject to a specified restriction; providing that only riparian owners and other specified persons may erect and maintain a stationary blind or blind site on specified waters; prohibiting specified governmental units and assignees from licensing riparian shoreline for specified purposes; and allowing for the consideration of safety zones on specified waters.
