Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - State Income Tax Credit for Emissions Related Repairs

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax in an amount equal to the lesser of 100% of the expenses incurred for emissions related repairs for a vehicle that has failed the exhaust emissions test under the motor vehicle emissions control program or the minimum expenditure required for a waiver under the program; and providing for the applicability of the Act.
