State Tobacco Tax - Maryland Automatic External Defibrillator Fund - Grants for State Police

Synopsis:

Altering the distribution of the tobacco tax revenue; dedicating the additional tax revenue for a specified purpose; creating a Maryland Automatic External Defibrillator Fund to be administered by the Secretary of the State Police; providing for the use of the Fund; providing for certain training programs; requiring the Executive Director of the EMS Board to coordinate certain training programs; making the Act contingent on the taking effect of another Act; etc.
