Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Port Administration or any other State unit from dumping, dredging, or scattering material excavated or dredged from the Chesapeake Bay into or onto the area of the bottomlands or waters of the Chesapeake Bay without the prior approval of the General Assembly.
