Synopsis:

Reducing the level of alcohol concentration for a determination of driving while intoxicated or intoxicated per se from 0.10 to 0.08; reducing the level of alcohol concentration that will result in the suspension of a driver's license and administrative penalties under certain circumstances; altering certain provisions relating to the suspension or revocation of a driver's license on conviction of certain alcohol-related driving offenses; altering specified penalties; etc.
