Synopsis:

Altering, from $10,000 to $15,000, the maximum amount payable from the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund for unsatisfied claims for property damage; and altering the minimum benefits of security, from $10,000 to $15,000, that a motor vehicle liability insurance policy must provide for property damage claims.
