Synopsis:

Requiring a person to obtain a permit from the Department of Natural Resources before providing services as a fishing guide for direct or indirect compensation; prohibiting a fishing guide permit holder from guiding an individual who does not possess a valid sport fishing license, from guiding more than two individuals at once, and from catching, possessing, or retaining fish during a fishing guide session; etc.
