Synopsis:

Prohibiting certain persons from possessing or using an individual's personal identifying information for certain purposes without the authorization of that individual or that individual's agent; establishing certain penalties for a violation of the Act; defining a certain term; providing for concurrent jurisdiction in the District Court and circuit courts; etc.
