Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a uniform open drug formulary and specified standardized guidelines for use by managed care organizations that participate in the HealthChoice Program; requiring managed care organizations to use a specified formulary and guidelines; and specifying the content of the standardized guidelines.
