Education - Career Connections Sustainability Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Career Connections Sustainability Fund; requiring the Governor to include specified amounts in the State budget for the Fund; requiring the Department of Education to administer the Fund in consultation with the State Management Team; providing for the distribution of the Fund; requiring the Department to prepare an annual report; and requiring the Department to adopt regulations to implement the Act.
