Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to report to the General Assembly of Maryland annually concerning certain injuries sustained on public school buses during the previous academic year; requiring the Department to provide information on overcrowded conditions on public school buses and the remedies instituted; and requiring the report to have State and county information and statistics.
