Arts and Entertainment Districts - Property Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on commercial, industrial, or manufacturing buildings located in an arts and entertainment district and renovated as housing for qualifying residing artists; and limiting the duration of the credit to 10 years.
