Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Maryland Community Kitchen, Inc.

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Maryland Community Kitchen, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of two buildings to be located at 1500 Greenmount Avenue in Baltimore City, one of which will house a kitchen and offices and the other of which will house a dining hall; and requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund.
