Weapons - Disarming Law Enforcement or Correctional Personnel - Penalty

Synopsis:

Providing that a person who knowingly removes or attempts to remove a chemical spray or baton from the possession of specified law enforcement or correctional personnel is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than 20 years or both; altering the penalty for removing or attempting to remove a firearm from specified law enforcement or correctional personnel; etc.
