Recordation Tax - Payment and Collection

Synopsis:

Providing for collection of the recordation tax by a county tax collector or by the clerk of the circuit court, as designated by the governing body of a county; and requiring a county tax collector to deduct from the recordation tax and remit to the Comptroller a specified percentage for fiscal year 2000.
