Election Judges - Selection Process and the Appointment of Minors

Synopsis:

Providing that specified minors in Prince George's County may be selected to be election judges under specified circumstances; altering specified statewide provisions relating to the appointment of specified election judges; and requiring a minor election judge who is too young to be a registered voter to demonstrate to the Prince George's County Board of Elections that he or she would otherwise qualify to be a registered voter.
