Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Club Licenses

Synopsis:

Exempting, in precinct 12 of Ward 26 of Baltimore City, Class C beer, wine and liquor (club) licenses issued for use on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to unions with a majority of freight and shipping industry members from prohibitions against the issuance or transfer of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages; and providing for the termination of the Act.
