Transferring the responsibility for determining and reporting the rate change in the Consumer Price Index from the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to the Department of Business and Economic Development; and altering the reference to certain Consumer Price Index information used in calculating the cost of living adjustment to workers' compensation benefits.
