Synopsis:

Requiring the assessment of points for failing to stop for a school vehicle with specified types of lights; requiring motor vehicle operators to stop when a school vehicle has stopped and is displaying specified color lights; providing that a motor vehicle operator does not need to stop for a school vehicle if there are specified types of separations in the highway; and placing certain requirements on school vehicle drivers.
