Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess a maximum fine of $1,000 per specified violation on automotive dismantlers and recyclers and scrap processors, title service agents, drivers' schools, and driving instructors licensed by the Motor Vehicle Administration; authorizing the conciliation of matters concerning the suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew a license by conference; and requiring the Administration to adopt regulations establishing criteria for the assessment of fines.
