Synopsis:

Requiring the driver of a commercial vehicle to stop for measurement or weighing when directed by an electronic signal to a Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Network (CVISN) transponder; prohibiting a person from possessing, using, distributing or possessing with intent to distribute, manufacturing, or selling a cloned CVISN transponder; providing for registered owner liability; and providing for certain penalties.
