Architects - Licenses

Synopsis:

Requiring a nonresident architect to obtain a license by reciprocity; repealing provisions allowing a nonresident architect to obtain a license by waiver of examination; and authorizing the State Board of Architects to deny a license to practice architecture to an applicant, to reprimand a licensee, or to suspend or revoke a license if an applicant or licensee had a license to practice revoked or suspended by another state or country.
