Synopsis:

Increasing the application fee for a license as a tree expert from $30 to $50; increasing the fee for subsequent examinations taken because of failure from $20 to $30; increasing the annual renewal fee from $10 to $30; requiring reexamination in a failed subject of the examination given, to occur within 1 year of the date of the candidate's initial examination; and making stylistic changes.
