Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to follow certain procedures when submitting an application to the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository for a State criminal history records check on an applicant for a passenger-for-hire or taxicab driver's license; requiring the Central Repository to provide criminal history record information to the Commission and to the applicant or licensee; providing a process for individuals to contest the information; etc.
