State Personal Property Tax - Exemption

Synopsis:

Exempting all personal property from the State property tax; repealing the requirement that the Board of Public Works certify a zero rate of State taxation on personal property; and providing that the Act be applicable to all taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2000.
