Expungement of Police Records - Required Notification

Synopsis:

Expanding the definition of "police records" to include analogous records maintained by a booking facility; and requiring a law enforcement agency to forward an expungement request and its verification to a booking facility or other law enforcement agency that is believed to have information regarding the arrest, detention, or confinement.
