Authorizing the juvenile court to order a parent to pay a sum to the
State in an amount the court decides will cover the support of a child
committed to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice, placed
in shelter care, or detained; providing the parent with a reasonable
opportunity to be heard; and providing that payment of restitution has
priority over payment of child support owed to the State that is
ordered by the court.
