Synopsis:

Altering the length of time from 1 year to at least 90 days that the sheriff of Harford County must possess abandoned, lawfully confiscated, or recovered property before notice of the sale of the property is given by certified mail to specified persons; and repealing a specified reference to giving notice of the sale of such property by registered mail.
