Synopsis:

Increasing the penalties for reckless driving; repealing a certain exemption related to reckless endangerment; increasing the points to be assessed for reckless driving, reckless endangerment using a motor vehicle, and reckless or negligent driving that contributes to a motor vehicle accident resulting in the death of another person; etc.
