Synopsis:

Requiring that specified victims be notified of specified waiver hearings involving a child; granting victims the right to be present at specified juvenile proceedings; authorizing a victim to submit a victim impact statement to the court in specified waiver hearings involving a child; authorizing the court to consider a victim impact statement in determining its jurisdiction in specified waiver hearings involving a child; requiring the State's Attorney to notify a victim of the right to submit a victim impact statement; etc.
