Synopsis:

Requiring that, in reporting specified contributions received by a candidate or political committee, the persons required to file the report identify each contributor by name, address, and, if any, occupation and employer; and providing that the persons required to file the report are deemed to be in compliance with the donor information requirements if specified actions are taken.
