Higher Education - Private Donation Incentive Program - Reestablishment

Synopsis:

Reestablishing the Private Donation Incentive Program; establishing how the amount of matching funds under the Program will be determined and payments under the Program will be made; requiring that the payments to specified institutions not exceed specified amounts; establishing eligibility criteria for the Program; requiring recipient foundations to provide audits of funds pledged and paid, and their sources, annually; providing for the application of funds under the Program; etc.
