Public Service Commission - Funding and Personnel

Synopsis:

Establishing the Public Service Commission Fund for specified purposes; providing for the funding of specified costs and expenses of the Commission in a specified manner and subject to a specified limitation; authorizing the Commission to alter the salary plan and classes of Commission personnel, subject to review; providing that specified Commission personnel are in the executive service or management service or are special appointments in the State Personnel Management System; etc.
