Prisoners - Job Training - State Use Industries Management Council and Customer Council

Synopsis:

Changing the name of the "State Use Industries Advisory Committee" to the "State Use Industries Management Council"; modifying the Management Council's membership; establishing quorum requirements; expanding the duties of the Management Council; granting certain immunity to members and employees of the Management Council; establishing a Customer Council to advise the General Manager of State Use Industries; providing for the composition and duties of the Customer Council; etc.
