Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $527,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of GBMC HealthCare, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, and capital equipping of a consolidated high risk obstetrics patient/postpartum unit, to be located at 6701 North Charles Street in Towson, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
