Requiring service repairmen to conduct an on-site test of automatic garage door opening systems when called to repair the system; detailing the requirements of the on-site test of automatic garage door opening systems; outlining the requirements for successful completion of the on-site test; prohibiting the repair of automatic garage door opening systems that fail the on-site test; requiring the placement of a warning label on the automatic garage door opening system when the system fails the on-site test; etc.
