Entitled:
Fraud - Personal Identifying Information Theft

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent obtaining or aiding another person in obtaining an individual's identifying information for specified purposes without the individual's consent; prohibiting a person from knowingly and willfully assuming the identify of another for specified purposes; providing for penalties and for restitution to the victim for all reasonable costs incurred; etc.
